These items can usually be found in a complete canning set or purchased separately.
Canning Books
While you can find many recipes and instructions online, I highly recommend investing in a good canning book. “Canning For A New Generation” by Liana Krissoff is an excellent resource that provides step-by-step instructions and delicious recipes for both beginners and experienced canners.
